Job Description

This opportunity is for an Occupational Therapist serving K-12 students in a supportive school setting located in Santa Ana, CA. The position offers a full 40-hour workweek during the 2025-2026 school year on a contract basis. With a caseload and grade assignments tailored to your preferences and location, this role provides flexibility within an onsite work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students in collaboration with school staff and families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student needs
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the overall education team
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies regarding therapy services

Qualifications:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapy license required
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt caseload and treatment approaches based on student and school needs
