A part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available to support K12 students in Sanders, AZ. This contract role runs through May 22, 2026, with an anticipated start as soon as possible. The position may involve a hybrid setting, combining school-based therapy with some teletherapy or home health visits, pending final confirmation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students with diverse needs
• Provide therapy services focused on fine motor development, sensory integration, adaptive functioning, and participation in daily school activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress
• Manage a caseload of 810 students, delivering approximately 12 hours of service per week across 2 days (6 hours/day)
• Incorporate travel time within weekly hours as needed

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card for school access
• Experience working with school-aged children (K12) in occupational therapy settings
• Proficiency in school-based therapy and knowledge of school environments preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently

• Part-time schedule of 12 hours per week, typically split over 2 days
