An opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide specialized care in a K-12 school setting in San Francisco, CA. This contract position is for the duration of a leave, allowing for the delivery of essential therapeutic services to students in need.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current California state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in pediatric therapy, particularly within school settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student
• Monitor and document student progress and outcomes
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques as required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy services provided
