An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide essential services in a K-12 school setting located in Rifle, CO. This role involves working with a diverse student population, managing a caseload of 45 to 50 students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. The position is designed for the upcoming school year and offers a full-time schedule of 36 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services as outlined in IEPs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy goals as required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado state license as an Occupational Therapist with a CO Schools Endorsement.
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
