Occupational Therapists are sought for a contract position serving K-12 students in Renton, WA, for the 2025-2026 school year. This role involves working with a diverse student population, providing essential therapeutic services to support their educational and developmental needs.

Location: Renton, WA
Job Type: Contract, 37.5 hours per week
Start Date: Fall 2025

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate student needs and determine appropriate therapy goals.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and other specialists.
• Provide direct therapy services based on assessed needs, ensuring a tailored approach to each student.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery and progress in accordance with school policies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote holistic student development.

Qualifications:

• Valid WA Occupational Therapy license and ESA.
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple schools and varying caseloads.
