Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Assess student needs and develop individualized plans focusing on functional, academic, and social participation
- Coordinate with staff and families to support classroom modifications and sensory strategies
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to team meetings and parent conferences
- Support transitions and adaptive equipment recommendations as needed
The schedule consists of 37.5 hours per week, spread across 5 weekdays, allowing for work-life balance while making a difference in school communities.
