A part-time occupational therapy opportunity is available within a K-12 educational setting located in Redwood City, CA. This position offers a unique chance to support middle school students by providing specialized therapy in a school environment during the 2025-2026 school year.
The role includes delivering occupational therapy services primarily through teletherapy, with occasional opportunities for healthcare and home health settings. This contract position involves one session per week, focusing on student progress and tailored interventions to improve functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to middle school students to enhance their participation in educational and daily activities.
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other related service providers to support student success.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
- Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver effective, remote occupational therapy when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Valid CA Physical Therapist (PT) License required.

- Ability to deliver services via teletherapy and adapt to virtual platforms.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with school personnel, students, and families.
