This opportunity seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services to provide direct therapy to a 6th grade student in Philadelphia, PA. The position involves working onsite with a manageable caseload focused on delivering targeted occupational therapy interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to a 6th grade student once weekly for 30 minutes
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to meet the individual needs of the student
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support the student's progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- Current PA Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience in school, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Location: Philadelphia, PA
