Job Description
Provide specialized occupational therapy services in a K-12 public school setting located in Palmdale, CA. This full-time, onsite contract position offers the opportunity to support students developmental needs across the academic year.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, assessments, and planning sessions to enhance student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Professional experience working in school-based occupational therapy.
- Strong knowledge of K-12 educational environments and student needs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
