• Current and valid FL Occupational Therapy license
• Experience or interest in school-based, healthcare, or home health OT settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet diverse student needs, promoting independence and progress for each individual
• Passion for helping children and adolescents thrive in educational settings

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments, developing and implementing IEP-driven therapy plans in compliance with school and state regulations
• Delivering direct occupational therapy to students, addressing fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional school tasks
• Keeping thorough records of student progress and reporting outcomes to educational teams
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary staff and families to ensure cohesive, student-centered support
• Staying current with best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy
