Job Description

In Olympia, WA, a dynamic opportunity exists for an Occupational Therapist to support students in a K-12 school setting. This contract position is set to commence ASAP and will extend through the end of the school year, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of approximately 40-48 students.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapy License
  • ESA certification for school-based practice
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and collaborative team dynamics
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Location:
Olympia, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students based on evaluated needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement IEPs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and participate in required professional development
  • Ensure compliance with all state and school policies regarding therapy services
