Job Description

This position offers a full-time Occupational Therapist role serving K-12 students in a Norco, CA school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. The role entails onsite work with a flexible caseload tailored to the candidates preferences and location within the district. This is a contract position running through the school year, providing a consistent 40-hour workweek.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapy (OT) license
  • Experience working in school environments preferred
  • Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans for K-12 students
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration with educators and families
  • Flexibility to manage caseload assignment based on location and candidate preference

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing therapeutic support to students within the school district, addressing physical, sensory, and developmental needs
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to track student progress
  • Participating in meetings and professional development as required
  • Ensuring compliance with state and district regulations concerning occupational therapy services
