Required Qualifications:

  • Active California Occupational Therapy (OT) License
  • Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Adaptability when working with a diverse student population across various grade levels

What Youll Do:

  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Evaluate students motor, sensory, and functional skills in a school environment
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Recommend accommodations, adaptive equipment, and strategies to enhance students learning experiences
  • Support students in developing skills for classroom participation and daily school activities

This position is structured for 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, offering you the ability to work regular daytime hours and positively impact students lives throughout the academic year.

Compensation for this position ranges from $38.00 to $70.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
