Required Qualifications:

• Active New Hampshire license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively with students at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with teachers, administrators, and families
• Organized and adaptable, comfortable managing a dynamic caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students needs using assessments and standardized tools
• Develop and implement targeted therapy plans to address fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff on IEP teams to ensure goals are met
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in classroom, small group, and individual settings
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state standards
• Empower students with strategies and adaptations for academic and personal success
