Required background and experience:

• Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License (DSPS required)
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Previous experience in school settings, healthcare, and/or home health strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of the needs of K-12 learners and ability to adapt interventions accordingly
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with teachers, families, and fellow clinicians
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth and best practices in pediatric OT

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, student-centered occupational therapy services to a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through high school
• Evaluate students to identify strengths, challenges, and areas of needed support
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines and home environments
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Consult with multidisciplinary teams to advance holistic student development
