An opportunity exists for a dedicated OT to provide essential support in a K-12 school environment. This full-time position focuses on serving students with mild to moderate needs, allowing for meaningful interventions and tailored therapies throughout the school year.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in OT or equivalent
• Valid state licensure as an OT
• Previous experience working in school settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Compassionate and dedicated to the well-being of students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to implement IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services in compliance with state and school regulations
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a supportive school community
