This exciting contract opportunity is perfect for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about working in the school setting. Located near Longmont, CO, this position allows you to make a direct impact on students growth and well-being for the 2026-2027 academic year. With a manageable 34-hour workweek, Tuesday through Friday, youll enjoy three days at a welcoming elementary school and one day at a dynamic high school, with Mondays always off for a balanced schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with educational staff and families
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to elementary and high school students varied needs
• Commitment to fostering independence, participation, and well-being in educational environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services and consultative support on-site to students across both elementary and high school levels
• Develop, implement, and track individualized care plans based on assessments and IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure effective therapeutic interventions
• Document progress, complete required evaluations, and participate in team meetings as scheduled
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and ASHA standards for occupational therapy
