Occupational Therapist (OT) - School-Based

Lebanon, PA | Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

Are you a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) seeking a rewarding school-based opportunity in Lebanon, Pennsylvania? We are actively hiring a licensed School Occupational Therapist to provide therapy support for elementary-aged students in a collaborative educational environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to elementary school students in grades K-5.
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions based on student needs and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Support students' fine motor, sensory, self-help, and functional skill development.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Recommend classroom accommodations, adaptive equipment, and intervention strategies.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.
• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team.
