Job Description

A healthcare Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed to provide teletherapy and onsite services within a K-8 school setting in Lakeport, CA for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a contract position focused on delivering occupational therapy to students from PreK through grade 8, totaling approximately 10.5 hours per month.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapy (OT) License
  • Experience providing occupational therapy in healthcare, teletherapy, and school environments
  • Ability to work effectively with students across early childhood and elementary grades

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized OT services tailored to students developmental and educational needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Provide both onsite therapy and teletherapy, as appropriate, to maximize student participation and outcomes

Location:

  • Onsite services will be provided in a K-8 school in Lakeport, CA, with teletherapy components conducted remotely as necessary.
