A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed to provide essential healthcare services across multiple K-12 school sites for the current school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students development and learning in an educational setting located in Lafayette, IN.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across various grade levels (K-12) at multiple school locations
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities to support academic success
• Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress
• Provide consultative support and training to staff to promote inclusive learning environments

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana license as an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings preferred
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to manage caseload across multiple sites efficiently
