An opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Therapist to support students across Kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting located in Kent, WA. This contract position offers the chance to provide specialized therapeutic services that support students developmental and educational needs throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs in a K-12 environment
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Assess students motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
• Document progress and participate in team meetings to discuss student goals and adjustments
• Promote the use of adaptive equipment and strategies that enhance student participation and learning

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure or certification
• Experience working with school-age children in educational settings is preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric development and school-based therapy practices
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and educational staff
• Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance during the school year contract
