A full-time occupational therapy position is available at a K-8 school in Kenner, LA, serving a diverse student population from PreK through 8th grade. This contract role extends through May 16, 2025, and requires an experienced occupational therapist to manage a potentially high caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services tailored to the educational needs of children in grades PreK-8.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the creation of an inclusive school environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid occupational therapy licensure.
• Experience working with school-aged children in grades PreK-8.
• Strong understanding of school-based therapy services and regulations.
