Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students as a contract Occupational Therapist supporting educational and developmental goals for children near Janesville, WI. This role offers the opportunity to work full-time in a school environment, collaborating with educators and families to ensure that each student receives the support they need to excel academically and personally.

Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License (DSPS required)
• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in schools, home health, or healthcare settings as an OT preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students functional abilities, motor skills, and educational needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students occupational therapy goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure coordinated support and progress
• Document evaluations, progress, and services in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Provide both direct and consultative therapy to students across K-12 grade levels
• Travel to school sites or homes as needed to deliver services in the appropriate environment
