Job Description

An opportunity exists for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide essential services within an educational setting in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time contract position focuses on supporting students with disabilities, ensuring they receive the therapeutic care needed to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in Indiana schools
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, specifically ages 3 to 21
  • Strong understanding of K-12 educational environments and special education policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Occupational Therapy services to students with disabilities, tailored to their individual needs
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students functional abilities and develop appropriate therapy goals
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
