Qualifications:

• Active OT license in Florida
• Experience in schools, home health, or other healthcare settings as an Occupational Therapist
• Demonstrated ability to provide effective COTA supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Open to collaborative, multidisciplinary approaches

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality onsite occupational therapy services within an educational environment
• Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Assess students needs and update individualized goals to maximize participation in school activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with regulations
