Job Description

This full-time contract opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve students from PreK through 8th grade in a K-12 school setting located in Gretna, LA. The position runs through May 16, 2025, and involves managing a high caseload that will be determined upon hiring. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the developmental and educational needs of diverse school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students across PreK-8 grades
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement effective therapy plans
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Occupational Therapy license
