Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license required

• Strong communication and collaborative skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a caseload, document effectively, and meet deadlines

Responsibilities Include:

• Assess and evaluate students functional abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services tailored to student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert input regarding occupational therapy recommendations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and functional progress
• Maintain progress reports, adapt plans as necessary, and assist in transition planning
