This position offers an opportunity to provide essential occupational therapy services within an elementary school setting. The role involves working with young students to support their development, enhance their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional performance necessary for academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assess students occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student goals related to occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure.
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in a school setting, preferably with elementary-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental disorders and therapeutic interventions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
