An opportunity is available to provide essential services in a K-12 school setting during a leave of absence. This contract position is based in Fremont, CA, and requires an on-site presence to support students from September 2025 to April 2026.

Qualifications:

• Valid California Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in home health, healthcare, teletherapy, and school settings
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational systems and students needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students needs to develop appropriate therapeutic goals
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to the K-12 students on your caseload
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team discussions
