Providing occupational therapy services in a K-12 school setting located in Fontana, CA, this contract position offers an opportunity to support student development with a flexible schedule of 20-30 hours per week for the current school year (CSY).
Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Relevant credentials and certifications to practice as an OT in a school setting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to K-12 students
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team supporting student needs
