Embark on a rewarding contract assignment supporting children and educators as an Occupational Therapist in the vicinity of Fayetteville, NC. This position provides a unique opportunity to make an impact over the 2026-2027 school year, with a full-time schedule designed to offer a consistent and fulfilling experience working with students.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in North Carolina
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and adjust to possible multiple school site assignments
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work with students, staff, and families
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
• Perform thorough evaluations and contribute to eligibility assessments as part of the multidisciplinary team
• Develop and document treatment goals, therapeutic interventions, and progress reports
• Support teachers and staff with strategies to facilitate student participation in academic and functional activities
• Communicate regularly with families and school stakeholders to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
