Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota (required)
• Previous experience providing OT services in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes, educational documentation, and assistive technology a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine students functional needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals in coordination with IEP teams
• Deliver both direct therapy and consultative support according to each students plan
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in line with school and state requirements
• Participate in meetings and professional development sessions as needed
