Position: Onsite Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location:Deerfield, Illinois
Schedule: Full-Time: 37.5hours per week
Caseload: Elementary K-5

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' mobility and physical needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy to students with a range of physical challenges.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create optimal learning environments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and progress tracking.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active state licensure (IL OT license).
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings (preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
