Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Occupational Therapists licensed in California seeking a full-time, onsite position within a K-12 school setting. You will provide occupational therapy services to students in grades kindergarten through 12 across a full caseload, contributing to their development and educational progress. This contract role runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026, with two openings available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions and assessments tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state licensing standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEP)
  • Provide consultative support and resources to school personnel

Qualifications:

  • Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license is required
  • Experience working in a school-based setting preferred, with caseloads across K-12
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, parents, and staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards
