Job Description

A dedicated Occupational Therapist is needed to support students in a K-12 school setting in Concord, AR, for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to work closely with diverse student populations across multiple district locations, ensuring individualized therapy plans that promote student development and educational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to K-12 students, addressing developmental, sensory, and motor challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
  • Deliver services through in-person sessions at school and utilize teletherapy as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights regarding student progress and accommodations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Arkansas Occupational Therapist License required.
  • Experience working in school settings is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches for varied age groups within K-12.
  • Proficiency in both direct therapy and teletherapy modalities.
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills.

Hours & Location:

  • 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
  • Multiple school district locations within Concord, Arkansas.
