This contract-to-hire position covers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, working five days a week, and offers the chance to support a diverse caseload, ranging from young learners to high school students.

Candidates should possess a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and hold a current Illinois OT credential. Ideal applicants are comfortable delivering therapy in a variety of settingsincluding in-school, home health, and teletherapyand are passionate about helping students reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Illinois OT license
• Experience working in school-based environments, K12 preferred
• Skills in providing services across multiple delivery methods (in-school, home health, teletherapy)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered care

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess student abilities and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver occupational therapy services to a K12 caseload
• Support students in developing the skills necessary for academic success
• Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
• Coordinate with teachers, families, and staff to support each students growth
• Adapt approaches to meet diverse student needs
