Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with students from preschool through 8th grade for the upcoming 26/27 school year. This full-time position offers a supportive environment where your expertise as an Occupational Therapist will help students succeed in and out of the classroom. Youll enjoy a balanced workload, providing both direct and consultative OT services while supervising a small team of COTAs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 15 to 20 hours of direct OT treatment weekly, with student sessions typically totaling 60 minutes per month.
• Manage an active caseload of 40 to 60 students, including both direct and consultation-only cases.
• Supervise and mentor 1 to 2 certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student goals and participate in team meetings as needed.
• Document services, maintain compliance with regulations, and communicate regularly with families regarding student progress.

Qualifications:

• Holds an active Occupational Therapy license in Arizona.
• Possesses an IVP fingerprint clearance card.
• Previous experience in school-based OT preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
