Job Description

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Centralia, WA, serving a diverse K-12 student population. This role is crucial in providing therapeutic services that support students' individual needs across the district.

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State Occupational Therapy License
  • Recent fingerprint clearance through OSPI
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Location:
Centralia, WA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to a caseload of 80-90 students
  • Assess student needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators
  • Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress throughout the academic year
  • Work closely with a COTA to implement therapy strategies and ensure continuity of care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment
