Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist seeking a rewarding contract position in a vibrant educational setting! This full-time role runs from August through June 2027, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact across three schools with a diverse caseload of approximately 74 students. You'll work with a supportive team that includes two other full-time OTs and a COTA, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

Key qualifications and experience desired:

• Valid Texas Occupational Therapy (OT) license
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based OT preferred
• Ability to assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for a variety of student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable managing a dynamic caseload and adapting to changing priorities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
• Document progress, attend IEP meetings, and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Serve students ranging from early childhood through adolescence
• Opportunity to work 1-2 days remotely per week, dependent on caseload and during the school year (subject to interview discussion)
