This onsite position, located close to Brighton, CO, offers the unique opportunity to work with a dynamic range of age groups throughout the school year. With a consistent TuesdayFriday schedule and Mondays off, youll enjoy both structure and flexibility while making a difference for children and adolescents.

Key Qualifications:

• Active OT licensure required
• Experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
• Familiarity with occupational health and best practices in educational settings
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services onsite three days per week at an elementary school and one day at a high school
• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to support student development, participation, and success
• Document progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines
• Support students in developing functional skills for academic achievement and daily living
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultative input for student success
