Job Description
A school-based Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Boston, MA for a full-time contract position. This role involves providing specialized occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to the needs of K-12 students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success and promote functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students educational goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and school district requirements.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license.
- Proven professional experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a school environment.
- Strong understanding of educational settings and the ability to work effectively with children and school teams.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts (onsite)
Work Schedule: Full-time hours, contract position
