Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Ohio is required
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to each students unique needs
- Conduct assessments to identify challenges related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional school participation
- Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to create access and support strategies
- Provide direct therapy services as well as consultation for teachers and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with district and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for student progress
