Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License (DSPS required)
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Adaptability working with both individuals and groups across K-12 ages

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans that address students needs within educational contexts
  • Deliver direct OT services and track measurable progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation and support IEP development
  • Provide consultative services to staff and caregivers as needed
