Job Description

Provide specialized occupational therapy services in a supportive K-12 school environment focused on fostering student growth and development. This contract position spans the 2026-2027 school year in Concord, AR, serving students across multiple district locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to K-12 students.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Utilize various service delivery models including in-person therapy within schools, teletherapy, and home health visits as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and support compliance with educational standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Arkansas Occupational Therapist (OT) License required.
  • Proven experience providing OT services within school settings is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy and home health OT modalities is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently while supporting student needs effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Location: Concord, AR 72523 (Multiple District Locations)

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, 5 days a week
  • Contract duration: Complete School Year (CSY)
