Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Colorado
• Evidence of having applied for CDE certification
• Previous experience working in school settings, especially with K-12 students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Proficient in assessment and treatment planning

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students needs and develop appropriate therapy plans
• Implement treatment interventions aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student outcomes
• Document progress and adjust therapy plans as required
