Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate student needs and develop appropriate therapy goals.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students.
• Collaborate with educators and family members to ensure comprehensive support for students.
• Participate in IEP meetings and advocate for student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.

Qualifications:

• Certified Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on bilingual services.
• Experience working in K-12 education settings, particularly with diverse student populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
