An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Orientation and Mobility Specialist to support students in navigating their environments confidently. This role is set in a K-12 school in Miami, FL, for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, encompassing a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS)
  • Experience working with K-12 students, preferably in a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of mobility techniques and assistive technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop individualized mobility plans
