Job Description

An opportunity exists for a skilled professional to provide vital services within a K-12 educational setting in Converse, TX. This position is designed for an individual with expertise in orientation and mobility, focusing on supporting students with diverse needs from August 2025 to June 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS)
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in school settings
  • Bilingual skills preferred, enhancing communication with students and families
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal development
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and other specialists

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students' orientation and mobility needs
