Job Description

Sunbelt staffing currently has an open contract position available near the Robbinsville Township, NJ area. This is a school-based position providing 1:1 care with a female student.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a school, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one nursing care to a specific student with diverse healthcare needs.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a healthcare provider.

  • Monitor and assess the student's health condition, including vital signs and symptoms.

  • Collaborate with the school's healthcare team to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans.

  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on the student's health and progress.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records.

  • Ensure a safe and clean healthcare environment within the school.

Position Requirements:

  • Must have pediatric experience.

  • Active LPN license in NJ or Active Multistate license

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.

  • Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
