Enrich the educational experience of students by providing essential health support in a school setting. This role focuses on delivering tailored care to a medically fragile student with specific needs, including tracheostomy and gastrostomy tube assistance.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN License in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of pediatric health care needs, particularly with complex conditions

Location:

• Kennewick, WA

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a student with tracheostomy and g-tube needs
• Assist with day-to-day health care requirements during school hours
• Collaborate with educators and other health professionals to ensure the students well-being
• Develop and implement individual care plans in accordance with medical guidelines
• Monitor and document the students health status and progress
